Shinoda Hi Utsuri Tosai - Online Release – Friday 21st March at 8PM

Get ready, koi enthusiasts – this week’s online release is something special! We’re excited to bring you a stunning selection of Tosai Tiger Cubs (ie Hi Utsuri ! ) from the renowned Shinoda Koi Farm, famous for producing some of the finest Hi Utsuri in the world.

These vibrant young koi, with their striking red and black patterns, will be available On The Website On Friday 21st March at 8PM – so make sure you keep an “eye of the tiger” on our website! 🐅

These tosai range between 16cm to 19cm. We have one price level for all these koi, which is £75 each.

Shinoda Koi Farm has built a strong reputation for breeding Hi Utsuri with exceptional body shape, deep sumi (black), and intense red (hi) markings. As these Tosai (one-year-old koi) mature, their colours will continue to develop, making them an excellent addition to any koi pond.

There is only one release of Hi Utsuri tosai this spring at Byer Koi Farm, and this week is it! These limited-edition Tosai will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and as always with Shinoda Hi Utsuri, demand is expected to be high! Here’s how you can improve your chances of securing one:

✅ Review the preview videos – We release preview videos ahead of the online release so you can peruse the new koi and identify any of interest. This week's preview videos are in this blog post, see below.

✅ Set a Reminder – The release goes live at 8PM on Friday 21st March, so be ready to browse and purchase quickly.

✅ Create an Account in Advance – To speed up checkout, make sure you’re logged into your account before the release.

✅ Follow Us for Updates – We share previews and reminders on our Instagram and Facebook pages, and also on the website and via email to our subscribers too - so stay tuned.

✅ Complete Your Purchase Promptly – A koi is only secured once checkout is complete, so don’t delay!

If you've already purchased from us, any new purchased can be consolidated together and shipping in one delivery (or collected!). We are happy to hold any koi purchased for a few weeks.
